United® Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate and franchise organization, announces the winners of the FutURE award for 2015. The FutURE award recognizes real estate agents who strengthen their communities through volunteer, service work and community involvement. The 2015 FutURE award winners were announced at United’s third-annual national real estate convention.

United is proud to announce the following 2015 award winners:

Eric Lin, of United Real Estate – Richmond, is a dedicated member of multiple community organizations. Eric volunteered over 460 hours this year alone, acting as a role model for elementary students and providing support to families with children who have been diagnosed with cancer. He has also volunteered on the community advisory board for St. Francis Hospital, and served the community by educating and connecting with community leaders in Richmond to inspire them to serve the Richmond area. Additionally, Eric has served the Organization of Chinese Americans by working to better the social, political and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans.

Lenny Bazemore, of United Real Estate – Philadelphia, grew up in Philadelphia where he was instilled with the morals and principals of making everyone feel at home. His childhood friend, Curt, asked him to purchase his family home shortly after his parents had passed. Knowing the memories the house provided, Lenny purchased his childhood friend’s home. He then decided to donate the home to Habitat for Humanity along with a $50,000 donation for the homes renovation. The generously donated home provided a family of five with a roof over their heads, and a place to call home.

Diane Benjamin, of United Real Estate – Dallas, has an outstanding commitment to her family of seven sons, eleven grandchildren, and her loving husband. She is a committed member and leader of various organizations in Dallas. Volunteering her time to feeding homeless veterans and greeting returning military and veterans at the airport is just the beginning of what Diane contributes to her community. Diane is the President of the Bnai Zion Foundation – an organization which assists those in need with humanitarian projects. Diane also holds office of the Republican Precinct Chairman and Crime Watch Chairman of the Preston Hollow Home Owners Association. She also acts as the Commissioner for Seniors and Commissioner for Health and Human Services for the City of Dallas.

“United Real Estate was overjoyed to recognize these three individuals who received the FutURE award at the United Real Estate Convention” explained Peter Giese, President, United Real Estate. Peter continued to say “These agents exemplify why the FutURE award exists, each one of them dedicates their time, assets and efforts to making their communities a better place to live in.”
