The first of the new training platforms, Accelerate, is designed to provide United’s agents with the training and resources needed to take their real estate careers to the next level. The second, a team building program, will teach agents how to build a successful real estate team.

Following a successful JumpStart training program, Accelerate will provide professional strategies for effortlessly converting buyer leads, negotiation tactics, and tools for earning a higher commission. The new team building program, developed by United Real Estate’s management team, is designed to teach agents how to build a successful real estate team through a number of approaches including how to build out a productive team model, how to recruit the appropriate members and maintaining a growing workflow. Both these programs are made available exclusively to United Real Estate agents.
United Real Estate will launch both of the new training platforms during its national convention, The FutURE is Now, which will be held at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center. During the three day conference, real estate professionals from across the nation will participate in hands-on training, group outings, networking events and afternoon learning sessions.
