It’s affiliate, United Real Estate | Queen City enters a new state with its second location, expanding its service footprint from Charlotte, North Carolina to Fort Mill, South Carolina.

The move reinforces United’s eastern service areas stretching over a thousand miles from Miami to Upstate New York. The new Fort Mill brokerage complements existing operations in the Carolinas, including Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Wilmington, Aiken, Greenville, Wilson, Raleigh, New Bern and Jacksonville.

Although the real estate market softened during 2023 and 2024 with a steep decline in the number of transactions, United | Queen City increased its transactions and revenue, thus outperforming the market. This marked success prompted United to accelerate its strategic growth plan and expand in the Carolinas.
