United Real Estate has announced its new Jump Start agent training program. This course was designed with United’s training partner Bernice Ross and her RealEstateCoach.com organization. Completed in 2013, United Real Estate’s Jump Start program is the most up-to-date training available to real estate agents in any market.

The program is made up of 12 live training webinars, which will then be recorded and made available for viewing any time night or day. Additionally, all participants will engage in two monthly group coaching calls with international speaker and real estate coach Bernice Ross and Master Certified Coach Byron Van Arsdale. These calls will reinforce the learning modules and help agents be accountable to mastering the skills needed to build a successful real estate career.

Ross’s expertise includes executive director of training for the 4,000-agent Jon Douglas Company. During that time, the company had the highest production per agent in the United States.

“Agents can attain the same level of success by applying the skills and strategies in United's Jump Start program,” said Ross. “These courses were designed to give agents the skills, strategies and systems needed to launch successful careers in real estate.”

The program will cover various subjects, including:

- How to master the fundamentals of a successful real estate career - Marketing and branding - Proven lead generation strategies - Website and technology basics - Web and social media marketing - Buyer interviews and showings - Negotiating an offer - Managing and closing transactions
