United Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate and franchise operation company, announces today that Denis Pepin has been named as Director of Franchise Development. In this new role, he will be responsible for establishing relationships with independent companies throughout the Pacific Northwest region, evaluating and selecting new franchisees and assisting existing franchisees with business expansion.

“Technology is a core component of the real estate experience today,” said Peter Giese, President, United Real Estate. “The buying experience has changed for brokers, agents and clients alike – Denis’ wealth of knowledge and experience in technology and real estate franchise sales makes him uniquely qualified to help accelerate the growth of our company.”

For more than 25 years, Pepin has been a real estate career man. With an aptitude for technology, Pepin assumed an executive position with one of the leading real estate technology companies working with industry leaders, brokerages and agents on business development through the use of technology. Pepin has been a California licensed real estate agent for more than 10 years, bringing extensive experience in brokerage operations, development and agent recruiting to the United Real Estate team.

“Having been in the real estate industry since 1989, I have experience in real estate sales, management and agent recruiting,” said Pepin. “As a business owner myself, I understand brokerage operations. Throughout my career, I have developed skills that will contribute to United Real Estate’s upward trajectory. I look forward to providing top-notch technology, training, growth, and branding solutions to United Real Estate’s current and future customers.”

Since the introduction of its’ franchise model in April 2013, the company has achieved great success, expanding to a number of key market areas of the United States. The United franchise solution not only provides a full-service solution to both brokers and agents, but with a small flat-fee payment structure it also eliminates the cumbersome royalty fee and high monthly fees that most traditional franchisors charge in and around the urban markets of the United States.

United Real Estate is committed to developing its franchise broker network from coast-to-coast, and is also hiring a director of franchise development who will manage the sales process for the state of Florida.
